PipeChina’s LNG operations As of 1 October 2020, China Oil & Gas Pipeline Network Corporation, better known as PipeChina, became operator of five large existing LNG import terminals, and a further two, large, under construction LNG import terminals in China. Four of the existing terminals were previously operated by CNOOC, the 3.0 million t/y Hainan LNG in Hainan province, the 4.0 million t/y Shenzhen Diefu in Guangdong province, the 2.2 million t/y Tianjin [FSRU] Hoegh Esperanza and the 2.0 million t/y Yuedong LNG in Guangdong province.
