Solar Installed capacity is dominated by China and United States

Looking into data available from the International Renewables Energy Agency (IRENA) it is clear from the information that China and United States are leading the way when it comes to solar installed capacity and looks like this is to continue.   The graphic here shows the top 10 countries ranked by installed capacity for the full year of 2019. Source IRENA   China has a massive dominance in the total capacity solar space having near 50% of all global capacity in place. Over 205 gigawatts (GW) of installed capacity in China, the United States stood at just over 62 GW, Japan close behind with 61 GW, then Germany with 49 GW and India at 35 GW of install
