Thad Pittman (Senior Researcher): Thad focuses on refining, petrochemicals, and biofuels facilities within GEI and the Construction Boxscore database. He boasts over 13 years of experience in downstream and upstream research and holds a degree from Louisiana Tech University.
Seth Haskell (Research Analyst): Seth joined Gulf in early 2023. He is responsible for keeping GEI updated on the latest natural gas infrastructure trends and projects, specializing in LNG, pipelines, and Carbon Capture Storage (CCS). Seth hails from the DC area and is a graduate of the University of Leeds.
Peregrine Bush (Senior Director, Data and Technology): I have been with Gulf since 1997. Now leading the GEI data and technology team, I oversee research and analysis to deliver high-quality downstream and midstream energy data. I transitioned to this role in late 2022.

We also benefit from a skilled research team in the Philippines who contribute to daily data updates and enhancements.
