What technology is shaping the solar markets?

The Global Energy Infrastructure solar database is dominated by two types of technology: Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) and Photovoltaic (PV). The only common factor in these technology groups is that the sun is the source of energy. Beyond that they differ in terms of how power is produced and how expensive they are.
