Petrojet Has Signed an EPC Contract with Luberef for Production Facility in Yanbu in KSA

Petrojet - the executive arm for the Egyptian Petroleum Ministry- has signed an EPC contract with LUBREF ( Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company ) for carrying out the second phase of development named Growth - 2 Expansion Project, the agreement seeks to raise the Yanbu Facility’s base oil production capacity to approximately 1.3 million metric tons per year in 2025. Additionally, the contract will further enable Luberef to flexibly produce Group-II and Group-III base oils based on market demands.
This signing ceremony comes within the Ministry’s of petroleum strategy in expanding operations outside Egypt through the petroleum companies that are specialized in construction projects
