India’s Ratnagiri Complex Still Looking for Direction

The developing Ratnagiri Refinery & Petrochemicals complex has been a controversial project for the joint venture partners of Indian Oil Corp, Bharat Petroleum Corp, Hindustan Petroleum, and Saudi Aramco over the last few years for several factors, and it appears to still be headed for more change if it hopes to find its footing in the short term.   The location for this estimated $44 billion dollar complex has been a key point of discord for investors and for politicians alike throughout the project’s development.
