KN to support Snam FSRU Italia in the commissioning of the Piombino LNG terminal

Excelerate Energy Extends Time Charter Agreement with Dubai Supply Authority
THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Excelerate Energy, Inc. (the "Company" or "Excelerate") (NYSE: EE) announced today the extension of its Time Charter Agreement with Dubai Supply Authority ("DUSUP") for the FSRU Explorer. Prior to this agreement, the FSRU Explorer had a remaining firm charter period of approximately three years. Under the terms of the new agreement, the time charter period will be extended by an additional five years from the end of the existing contract in the fourth quarter of 2025.
First ramming for new import terminal in Stade
Stade. The official starting signal for the construction of the new jetty for liquefied gases in Stade was given today with the first ramming. Lower Saxony's Economics Minister Olaf Lies (SPD) and Environment Minister Christian Meyer (Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen), numerous guests, companies and media representatives attended the ceremony in Stade-Bützfleth, hosted by Niedersachsen Ports (NPorts). The port company is responsible for planning and implementation of the jetty.

Enagás has acquired the Reganosa network of natural gas pipelines, which will enter into the shareholding of El Musel Regasification Plant with 25%
Enagás and Reganosa have signed an agreement by which Enagás has acquired a network of 130 km of natural gas pipelines from Reganosa for 54 million euros. In return Reganosa has purchased a 25% stake in the El Musel Regasification plant in Gijon for 95 million euros.
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana is Auctioning Regasification Capacity
OLT Offshore LNG Toscana has published on its website, as provided for by its Regasification Code, the available capacity for the annual and multi-year allocation process with expression of interest until Gas Year 2033/2034. The capacity is offered in slots of 155,000 liqm3 (+ 2% tolerance), up to the maximum authorized capacity of 3.75 billion Sm3.
Transnet Selects Vopak as Operator in Proposed Richards Bay LNG Import Terminal
Transnet Pipelines is pleased to announce that it has selected Vopak Terminal Durban (Pty) Ltd as its preferred partner to jointly bid for the Transnet National Ports Authority S56 Request for Proposal to appoint a Terminal Operator for the LNG Terminal in the Port of Richards Bay.
Brunsbuttel FSRU Recieves First Cargo
The partnership between RWE and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) for the supply of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is becoming visible with the arrival of the “Ish” as the first LNG cargo at the Brunsbuettel Elbehafen port. Here, the LNG will be regasified and fed into the German gas grid via the Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) “Hoegh Gannet”, which was chartered by RWE on behalf of the German government. 137,000 cubic metres of LNG were shipped by ADNOC from Das Island, Abu Dhabi, to Brunsbuettel. This corresponds to more than 82 million cubic metres of regasified natural gas and to approximately 900 million kilowatt hours of energy. The LNG is to be fed into the grid from the end of February as part of the commissioning phase of the FSRU, which is currently underway.
TotalEnergies sees strong demand for regasification in response to its market test for planned Le Havre LNG Terminal.
Demand expressed during the Market Test significantly exceeded available capacity. Several market players expressed a high level of interest for an aggregated amount close to 12 billion cubic meters per year over the five-year period. This success illustrates market’s appetite for additional LNG regasification capacity to meet French demand as well as the need to strengthen the security of gas supply.
Gasunie deems Terneuzen LNG Terminal "not feasible". Will continue to study expanding capacity at Eemshaven and Gate terminals.
Gasunie continues to work on options to increase lng imports into the Netherlands. Options to further expand existing capacity at Eemshaven and at Gate terminal are being further explored. The recently announced feasibility study has shown that a new floating lng terminal in the port of Terneuzen is not feasible in the short term.
FSRU Neptune Arrives off Lubmin, Germany
Located on the Baltic Sea coast in northeast Germany, the Port of Lubmin took delivery of the country's first floating import terminal for liquefied natural gas in December 2022. Chartered by TotalEnergies, the Neptune FSRU is now being operated by Deutsche ReGas.
Floating LNG terminal arrives at Brunsbüttel and increases German liquid gas import capacity
This morning, the floating liquefied natural gas terminal “Hoegh Gannet” arrived at Brunsbüttel’s Elbehafen port near Hamburg. In the near future, liquid gas from LNG carriers can be regasified and then fed into the German gas network via this Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU).
