The infrastructure company Fluxys Belgium is preparing its pipeline network for transporting hydrogen and CO2. Sweco has been awarded the assignment to conduct a feasibility study and preliminary research into several hydrogen routes in Ghent and Antwerp.

Minnova Corp. announced that their wholly owned subsidiary Minnova Renewable Energy and the City of Flin Flon have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding dated March 20, 2023 pursuant to which MRE and the City of Flin Flon aim to promote the valuation and possible future development of large-scale green hydrogen production based on renewable hydroelectric power. HDF Energy and TRIPATRA sign an MoU to implement HyPower hydrogen-to-power projects in Indonesia
PT Tripatra Engineering (TRIPATRA), one of the leading Indonesian engineering-based solutions providers in the energy and downstream sectors, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT HDF Energy Indonesia, the Indonesian subsidiary of hydrogen power plant pioneer HDF Energy. Commercially operated Wärtsilä engine runs on 25 vol% hydrogen blend, a world first
The technology group Wärtsilä and WEC Energy Group have successfully tested the capabilities of a Wärtsilä engine running on 25 vol% hydrogen-blended fuel. The tests, which were completed in October 2022, were conducted at WEC Energy Group’s 55 MW A.J. Mihm power plant in Michigan, USA using an unmodified Wärtsilä 50SG engine. Throughout the testing period, the Wärtsilä engine continued to supply power to the grid. This is the largest commercially operated flexible balancing engine ever to run on a hydrogen fuel blend, representing therefore a world-first achievement.
